Unfortunately, as I have aged, my hair has begun shedding. I am almost as bad as my German Shepherd, and that's saying a lot. I am always on the lookout for new products to try that can help with making my hair feel thicker, while also helping with the shedding. This is what I love about this product! I don't shampoo my hair everyday, so I need a product that I can use daily even on the days I don't shampoo. This has worked wonderful for me. I have sprayed it on my scalp and throughout my hair daily and it doesn't make it feel sticky or oily. It has a pleasant scent that is very light and not overpowering at all. The best part about it is I have only been using it for a short time and have seen new growth starting to take place around the front of my scalp. Sadly, many of those hairs are grey.... I've been using this for almost a week now. It smells wonderful and leaves my hair feeling clean. I use it morning and night. My hair has been super shiny, and the frizz control is amazing. I'm still starting out on it, so I haven't noticed growth. But, it is nourishing and my hair looks healthier. It's very cooling and feels good on a hot day. And, it being natural ingredients it's not going to cause any adverse effect. I'm in love with it, and will be adding it to my daily self care habit.
